Partech Seed team here 🌱. The last couple of months have been very active for us, with some amazing founders joining our Partech Seed family and some big news coming from our portfolio companies. Its an insane and exciting time to be an early-stage VC, and we’re looking for an exceptional person to join our team and help us back the best European founders from Day One!
We're looking for a brilliant Analyst/Associate to join our team full-time and help us find & invest in the best early-stage startups across Europe. This person will play a key role as part of our Seed team, and our local presence in Paris.

Partech is a global VC firm, supporting founders at all stages across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Our team of six runs a dedicated Seed fund of €120M, focused on backing stellar founders from Day One. The fund is one of four specialised strategies our platform features. We are proud pre-seed/seed backers of companies across all sectors like Alan, Pennylane, The Exploration Company, Sorare, Alassio, Alpic, and Pydantic among dozens of others in the making.

- 🇪🇺 Help us find the next European category leaders : Hunt for the best founders across Europe, analyse and challenge their business models, test their products and help us partner with them. Develop your own gut feeling and style to build strong founder relationships.
- 💪🏽 Support team members in getting to the finish line: Assist team members throughout the investment process, from due diligence to closing. During every due diligence we form a duo in our team to work with the founders during the investment process and after, through every day operational support.
- 🌍 Get exposed to the boiling European startup ecosystem : Learn from the best entrepreneurs, angels, industry experts, build relationships and develop your own network, organise your events, create your community of investors and founders.
- 🤖 Build robust tech expertise: Build your own knowledge base, research, analyse and unbundle industries and trends to create your own thesis. We are a team with appetite for deep tech, foundational AI, developer tooling and infra - so be ready to go deep into those topics.
- 📈 Help us build the future of Partech seed : For us it's always Day One, we're an established fund but a seed team with an entrepreneurial mindset. We're humble learners, we like to challenge our ideas and keep on hustling to build the future of our team (new tools, processes, etc.).
